Presidents and Proverbs

I was watching CNN yesterday(gotta love the liberal media), and they
had a guy on who was talking about how it was Al Gore who won the 2000
election. This is true, it is also true that Bill Clinton was
impeached for his "I did not have sexual relations with that woman!",
and yet still finished out his term as president.
