Grand Theft Auto, Gardening, and Panic!

This morning I helped somebody break into somebody else's car, it was
surprisingly fun.

Speaking of cars, I'll be getting my car back the first of April!!
Better gas mileage than my truck, way prettier than my truck, and a
bigger back seat than my truck(for gardening :) I love my car!

Seven more days until Panic! At The Disco's new album "Pretty. Odd."
comes out, I'm practically holding my breath with excitement.

  1. So you actually looking forward to "Pretty. Odd", or beeth thou being sarcastic?

Nine in the Afternoon is a lot more catchy than I expected... especially since it sounds nothing like the guys' previous work.

  6. Panic At The Disco is good if you like great music, and don't mind very questionable lyrics.

  9. Panic! is one of the few truly great bands that still exist. They have almost a classic-emo sound but with lots of horns and bells (at least on their debut).

Lyrical style is amazing and almost un-copyable. They can take totally un-rhyming lines and smash them into infectiously catchy riffs. The choruses of "Camisado" "The Only Difference (between martyrdom and suicide is press coverage)" and "I Constantly Thank God For Esteban" will stay in your head for years.

Best songs, in order from best down:

    Build God, Then We'll Talk
I Constantly Thank God For Esteban
    I Write Sins Not Tragedies
    Time To Dance
London Beckoned Songs About Money (Written by Machines)
Lying (is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off)

I Write Sins and Lying have some language, but the album is mostly radio clean.

Almost as good as (if not better than) Panic! is vintage Fall Out Boy.

  10. @Rickkicksbutt - check out downloads.nl/mp3.html and look of Panic! They should have a full-qual MP3 of Nine in The Afternoon.

@Paul- do you like Nine Inch Nails at all? I've got "The Good Soldier" and "Capital G" going nonstop in my head.

  11. Jaden,

I've only heard a couple Nine Inch Nails songs, and I don't own any, but I've heard good things about them. And who are? lol I would like to get to know somebody who can talk about music with the poetry and emotion that you use.
